In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 40jl. They apply to your use of the Platform in its entirety, including all games (live casino, slots, crash games, bingo, sports betting), cashier operations, promotional programs, and customer support interactions.

Your acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically upon the earliest of the following: (a) completing the 40jl account registration process; (b) depositing funds into your 40jl account; (c) placing any wager through the Platform; or (d) accessing any part of the Platform after these Terms have been made available to you.

These Terms should be read alongside the 40jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 40jl.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to use 40jl:

• You are a natural person of legal age (21+) residing or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to the Platform is lawful.
• You are not a government official or employee of PAGCOR, its licensees, or any gaming regulatory authority where applicable law prohibits such participation.
• You are not subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether administered by 40jl, PAGCOR, or any other gaming authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had a 40jl account suspended or terminated for cause.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

40jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period shall entitle 40jl to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one (1) active 40jl account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, GCash number, bank account, or household — is strictly prohibited. 40jl may use technical means to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first-registered may be closed and associated balances voided.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. The name, date of birth, and identification details registered on your 40jl account must match the information on the government-issued Philippine ID submitted during KYC verification. Discrepancies may delay or permanently block withdrawals.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with two-factor authentication. 40jl will never ask you for your password or OTP through any communication channel. You must notify 40jl's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your 40jl account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account, account balance, or any entitlement arising from the account to any third party. Any such purported transfer is void and may result in immediate account closure.

40jl accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable processing terms:

• GCash and Maya (Philippine digital wallets) — instant processing
• GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, and PesoNet — typically instant to 15 minutes
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — typically 15 to 60 minutes
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter payments — typically 30 to 60 minutes

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name that match the details on your 40jl account. 40jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited from unverified or mismatched sources may be held pending investigation and may be subject to return without gaming credit being applied.

40jl does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or cryptocurrency of any kind. The platform reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6.1 Processing Times

40jl targets the following withdrawal processing times for KYC-verified accounts:

• GCash / Maya: 1–2 hours from approval (Gold VIP: under 30 minutes; Diamond VIP: near-instant)
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–4 hours, subject to interbank processing windows
• InstaPay / PesoNet: 1–4 hours

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw funds from your 40jl account, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have a verified withdrawal method registered under your own name; (c) have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (d) have a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 in your available (non-bonus) balance.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Method

40jl operates an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent or predominant deposit, up to the deposited amount. Amounts exceeding total deposits may be withdrawn to any verified method registered under the player's name.

40jl offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are not immediately withdrawable.
• A wagering requirement (turnover requirement) must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable balance. Specific wagering multiples are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting.
• Only one active bonus may be applied per account at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may be cancelled and associated winnings voided if 40jl determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, multiple account abuse, or collusive play.
• 40jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.

All games offered on the 40jl platform — including live dealer casino games, video slots, crash games, bingo, and RNG table games — are provided by certified game suppliers whose random number generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories.

Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game event (cards dealt, roulette wheel result, etc.) as captured by live studio cameras in real time. 40jl does not interfere with game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual round.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session or time period. Players should review game-specific RTP figures available in the game information panels before wagering.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 40jl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one (1) account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not sanctioned by 40jl.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Abusing promotional offers through systematic exploitation, including coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus extraction.
• Engaging in any conduct that 40jl reasonably believes constitutes fraud, dishonesty, or criminal activity.

40jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts through Account Settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the system will prompt you to take a break.
• Cool-off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the platform. Contact 40jl support at any time to activate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the full agreed period.
• Reality Checks: Configurable in-session notifications showing time elapsed and net gaming position.

All content on the 40jl platform — including but not limited to the 40jl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and audio-visual materials — is owned by or licensed to 40jl and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to: (a) copying, reproducing, or redistributing any Platform content; (b) reverse engineering or decompiling any software; (c) creating derivative works; or (d) using the 40jl brand in any context without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 40jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

40jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

40jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for technical failures caused by third-party service providers, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond 40jl's reasonable control (force majeure).

40jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 40jl.vip/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

40jl complies with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in the collection, storage, and processing of personal information. All personal data is stored on secure servers with access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

40jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of outstanding chargebacks or fraud investigations.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 40jl customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

40jl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — 40jl will provide reasonable advance notice through an in-platform notification, email, or prominent website announcement prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 40jl.vip/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 40jl's customer support team for internal resolution. 40jl will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
